Hi,
At Columbia Auto Body they were very polite and nice to me. They did a really great top notch job on my car. It came out like brand new. They fixed my bumper, headlight and some other things. As a mom to a toddler, my car is usually full of crumbs and spills. Not only that, but I am on my third trimester expecting my second child and was having a hard time finding a place and time to get my car detailed! I finally got it detailed at Columbia Auto Body—and wow, what a difference!

Interior:
They cleaned every corner—car seats, floor mats, cup holders, air vents, etc. Stains and odors I thought were permanent are completely gone. It feels fresh, clean, and safe for my little one.

Exterior:
The outside looks just as great—polished, spotless, and like new again. Even my tired wheels got a makeover.

I feel like I’m driving a new car! A clean car isn’t just nice—it’s necessary and an ongoing thing when you’ve got a toddler. I was just so happy to find a place to have done it quickly and professionally. Friendly service, fair pricing, and amazing results. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent from start to finish. Mr. Mazariegos replaced the left front fender of my 2017 Chevy Colorado. Communication was easy. He honored my original estimate (given by a former employee) which I really appreciated. I was in the auto industry for 25+ years, so my standards for vehicle repair are extremely high. I recently utilized Columbia Autobody's services after my Toyota Sienna collided with a deer. I am thrilled with the outstanding service I received from them. Columbia Autobody demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and delivered high-quality work on time. Their process was fully integrated with my insurance (Liberty Mutual) so once I opened the claim and dropped off the car, they handed the rest. They even returned my rental car to Enterprise for me!

Their communication throughout the repair process was superb. They kept me informed at every stage, addressing any concerns promptly and transparently.

Upon picking up my Sienna, I was amazed by the quality of their work. The repairs were executed flawlessly, restoring my vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Furthermore, they completed the repairs earlier than the quoted timeframe, exceeding my expectations. They even detailed the inside of the van. I have three kids so it is generous to say that the back was a mess! Nice value add service!

I had a great experience with Columbia Auto. My car was in an accident and I thought it was totaled but Columbia Auto did a phenomenal job repairing it and you would never be able to tell it was in an accident. I had some issues afterwards with my car not starting up and they were more than happy to take it back in and found the route of the problem in no time.
