Does not print fedex shipping label like was described on fedex email and website. Would avoid using them for anything fedex.

I have been doing post-business with them for up to ten years. I loved going there until last month when an Asian lady with a tattoo criticized me and made fun of me because I needed help to sign out of their business Computer, and made a comment that I wanted to use their Computer for fraud; I was emotionally treated down. If she denies this, they can review that day's video

I first want to start off by saying the ladies that work there are absolutely amazing. I come there at least once every week and they help me out flawlessly. But the owner, the Indian guy gives me the absolute worst customer service every single time I step in that establishment. I honestly don’t know if it’s racially motivated or what it is.

The workers are RUDE! Especially the women there. I think it’s all ran by a single family. But the women act as if they have a stick stuck far up their… literally, every time Ive been, their attitude sucks! Don’t like what you do, get a new job!

The store is convenient and the lady has been very nice and helpful when I need assistance shipping packages. I am reducing one star because they overcharge a lot for some items. For example, the USPS page of 10 international stamps normally costs $15 but this store charges $25 instead. That is a huge percental increase! I know they have to hire staff and they are privately run but I also think this is too much. I even went back to the store to ask if that was a mistake, I could not believe it and the guy simply told me those are our rates : /
Suffices to say I will never buy stamps there again although I may continue to use other services.

I've had a PO box with College postal plus going on 9 months now and I love it. I’ve received nothing but great service. Something that really stood out to me is, I was on my way to their store at closing and I was going to be about five minutes late so I called I asked the older gentleman (I think he also owns the store) if he could give me just a few minutes more because I really needed what was in my mailbox. He didn’t hesitate he waited for me and was really polite about it. That level of customer service stands out to me it really makes a difference in my choice of businesses who receive my patronage.
