They are a horrible group to work with especially the phone answer Monique---couldn't be more rude. They wrongly listed my house in foreclosure and were told by my Mortgage company Shellpoint to remove it and they will not remove the listing...they don't respond to my atty's emails or my calls....-have reported to BBB and other organizations!!!

They submitted a false complaint to the Cook County Circuit Court on behalf of Chase Bank. They stole my identity to create a fraudulent mortgage to use as fabricated evidence to foreclose on my home.

They are lying thieves !! I have an FHA loan and HUD APPROVED ME for a modification to keep my home. Ive been working for 6 months and they told there client not to help me and block any calls I made to save my home. They should be investigated and DISBARRED. The lender Cenlar is just as bad. I was applying for the modification but these l idgets told Cenlar not to follow through with any paper work I submitted. I am trying to see now if there is any legal action I can take against these morons.
