We had researched a few estate planning attorneys and decided to go with CMS Law Firm to create our living trust. Very impressed with Christopher's estate trust planning package. He makes the process simple, efficient and has reasonable rates. Chris is busy but has a very organized system so he will definitely address all your questions and concerns and has a wonderful staff to assist! I had great experience at CMS and especially Mitchell Aoki provided excellent service. Mitchell was very accommodating to our rush schedule, last minute change and always patient with our questions (sometimes we ask same issue multiple times). My husband and I put off estate planning far too long. We are grateful we found CMS Law. For a flat fee we got our wills, POA, Medical POA, and Health Care Directives prepared and signed in two months. There were a few online issues in the beginning, but questions were answered quickly and issues resolved. Staff members were very gracious at the signing (thanks, Mitchell). We would definitely recommend CMS Law for estate planning.

My wife and I retained CMS to update our existing estate plan. Mitchell Aoki was helpful in managing the process and his opinions and recommendations in updating our Wills and Trusts were much appreciated.
