My wife and I used Samuel from Cloud City Mobile Notary to buy our first home. WOW! He was great! What made it extraordinary was he came after we both got home from work, after hours, because we both had a job that required us to work.

He sent us a digital business card which made my partner and me comfortable with who was coming into our home and who would be around our two children. He put covers over his shoes and asked if he should wear a mask.

As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about the massive stack of paperwork, but Samuel explained each and every document. He made us comfortable with what we were signing.

Afterward, he explained he had to scan over the documents to the title company. Working in IT security, I asked him how he would scan 150 pages. Samuel explained he has a large scanner and printer in his vehicle and uses a VPN on a private network, so none of our information is ever placed on a public network.

I would absolutely recommend Samuel, especially if you are a first-time home buyer.

Sam was able to drop everything and come when I needed a document notarized. He had professional equipment and even suggested making it better as the copy I provided wasn't very high quality. Sam is friendly, professional, and was overall a great experience. Best of all, he is completely mobile and can meet you where you need! Samuel was wonderful! I needed something notarized in a rush, and he offered to come to me—though it would have been quite a drive. I was going to be in town anyway, so we ended up meeting. Once I got there, he was all ready to go, very professional (and made me super comfortable with COVID precautions), and very personable; in fact, we ended up chatting for quite a bit. Highly recommend!
