My husband was recently approved for his residence. Maria was our paralegal who helped us through the whole process. She is amazing, very helpful, and well-organized. She kept us calm throughout the process and always answered my questions. During my husband's immigration interview, everybody was impressed with the package Maria prepared, which included all his appointments and paperwork needed for the interview at Ciudad Juárez. Although we were a little disappointed that we didn't meet with the lawyer, Maria was always there to help us through the process.

This law firm is awful. A friend of mine is too afraid to leave a review in fear of them making things worse, but the fact she paid an arm and a leg for representation only to have them not answer or drag their feet is a bit ridiculous. What kind of firm cares for paying clients like this? Not a good one.

Do not go through them.

We are being refunded due to the inability of the lawyers to do their jobs due to constant medial issues. What a joke.

My experience with Clearwater was absolute trash. I paid them $5000 for them to give me a lawyer that was on her way out of the practice. She didn’t represent me well at all. I had given all the information possible for her to be able to represent me correctly and she did not. I barely spoke with her 3x on the phone. I received emails telling me my case wasn’t as important as other cases as she was getting ready to leave. I got charged repeatedly for having to resend the same emails & attatchments I previously sent to my lawyer. I was sent an email asking if I’d still like representation by them once my lawyer had left and I marked yes and resent it. No one ever showed up to my last court date. I highly do not recommend them to anyone

I went to these guys twice, while the 1st time wasn't to pleasant for me with the many delays because of Covid and bad communication I grew impatient and withdrew. Still in the same situation 2 years later, I decided to give them another shot and it was completely different. Communication was great and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. All scheduled court dates went smooth for my case and was finalized before I knew it with no hassle.

Ms Mendoza was very insightful , explained the entire process, the steps we would take during our case and made sure all my questions were addressed during our consultation. Prices are very reasonable considering all the work & effort that they put into their cases. Even when they aren’t in office they are constantly working on cases; yet they still get back to you in a reasonable amount of time when you have questions & concerns. Unfortunately I did have to sell a vehicle to get the ball rolling but in the end it was worth it. My case went exactly as I was hoping.
