I absolutely LOVE this church!! Pastor Vaughn and Pastor Jeremy have been and are amazing at bringing The Word!! I attended Clearly Kids for K5 when I was little and I adored my teacher, Mrs. Laney. I've been coming here for several years and have enjoyed getting to know so many nice people. I was able to serve on the hospitality team and the prayer shawl group. Attending Clearbranch has been some of the best years of my life. All the staff are caring, humble and will take care of their congregation in a time of need. I always feel at home here and very welcomed. I love being able to hug and greet so many sweet people when I'm here on Sunday.

I wanted to find a home church for our little family of three. It was especially important to find a church that my child would be comfortable attending. Not only has our child blossomed at this church and become more familiar with Jesus, my fiancee and I have as well. Clearbranch is part of our family, and we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming congregation. We love it here!!

1. Tickets and program said doors open at 6pm. Got there at 5:45 and parking lot was full of cars but no people. The doors had been opened for some time and the place was already full. Although there isn't really a bad seat in the house, there were certainly no choices.

2. Seat savers. There were empty seats sprinkled throughout the venue. 2, 4 seats saved was common. Did see a line of 6 seats that were being saved. We were continually waved off by the seat savers. I suspect that is a result of rude, selfish church members. I don't care about the money but General Admission is first come first served and this was rude. Above and beyond rude.

3. A group of 3 church members were next to us. The one by my wife had the nerve to ask her to stop singing. To stop singing, rudely! My wife is an excellent gospel singer herself and she wasn't singing loudly by any means. Of course, most of the audience was singing with every song. After their confrontation (it was a continuation because my wife isn't a push over for rude people) the woman commenced to belting as loudly as she wanted and so did her friends. (Although it doesn't matter, they were not good singers.)

The atmosphere was overall wonderful due to the Spirit moving through the performers. The church members need their culture changed. They're selfish and rude. Won't be back to that venue..

Follow up on your follow up - I appreciate that you've responded however you've gone considerable lengths to avoid any responsibility. It figures... The rude lady identified herself as a member and stated she and her 2 friends were a 'singing group' there.

There is just simply no way that the number of people allowed inside before the posted door opening time had purchased VIP tickets. The place was at least 95% full.

I'm sure you're a Spirit filled church and that you do good work for the Lord. It is apparent that this issue doesn't really phase you.

My wife and I were looking for a church for our son to grow up in and we found it! Clearbranch is an amazing church that allows God to work through prayer and praise. Great music, powerful teaching and amazing folks!

Homophobia is rampant at this “mega- church.” They announced they would take a vote from the congregation whether to leave the “United Methodist” church based on gay marriage, etc. However, instead of listening to actual members of the congregation and their votes, they quietly raised the $750k it would cost to to leave and announced they would be moving to the Global Methodist church. Imagine what THREE QUARTERS OF A MILLION DOLLARS could have provided for the people in this community - single parents, homelessness, the poor and hungry, or general outreach for Springville, Argo, Trussville. But nope, they would rather use that money so they don’t have to marry gay people. WWJD? Not this. I and other members will now be sending our tithes to The First United Methodist Church in downtown Birmingham because they actually practice what they preach and love ALL! 💒

The fall candy distribution was good for the kiddos but someone dropped the ball on social distancing. It was extremely crowded and over half had no face masks 😳. We had to leave early to get outta there.
