We had a great experience working with Matt and Karen on our last home purchase. They were organized and professional and walked us through each step. When the house appraised low, Matt worked with us to navigate a major price reduction. At the closing, Matt really took the time to explain what we were signing -- which was not my prior experience at our last home purchase. I just really felt like they had our backs and that they were committed to our best interests in ways that even our realtor was not. I would absolutely work with them again in the future.
