My life changed because I chose Terrell McCants as my attorney when I was being discriminated against by a local school board. It was difficult finding an attorney to take my case because it was against a school board. I actually went outside of the union I paid every month and retained Attorney McCants myself and I am so glad I did.

I was able to leave a very hostile work environment and start my own law firm at the conclusion of my case. Now Attorney McCants helps me in a totally different capacity -- as a mentor.

Mr. McCants represented me as I was pursuing justice from an organization who's mission is to eradicate discrimination in the workplace

His preparation and advocacy on my behalf was excellent. They say an attorney who represents himself is a fool. While I deal with these matters daily, I could not represent myself.

Mr. McCants demeanor and understanding of the laws enforced by the agency assisted me with remaining calm and confident about my concerns.

Civil Rights Law Group represented me in an employment discrimination suit. My attorney file the law suit in preparation for court we had several meetings, he took depositions, he reviewed our company policy and went to several of our work locations in our territory. My attorney represented me very well from the opening to the closing every question and every comment had a purpose. I give this law firm 5 out of 5 for their excellent work.
