Parental Coordinator Danger. Avoid at all costs as Melissa will take away your independence as a parent and is against PARENTS CHOICE. She contradicts her own recommendations regularly, changing from one week to the next depending on what suits her, not your situation. The agreement you sign with her as Parental Coordinator will hamstring you to abide by her whimsical decisions with no useful way for you to challenge her.

Anyone working with Melissa, should be prepared for her to parent your child instead of you. Can you question Melissa? Sure you can, get ready to hire another attorney to take Melissa to court, and oh yeah, you have to pay Melissa’s court fees too remember!! Yep, it’s true, I kid you not. You just left court and Melissa now has you hiring two more attorneys, with her getting paid twice. So Melissa parents your child, you pay her high hourly fee, and you pay her fees again if you have a concern. Still interested?

Patently, Cipriano is against PARENTS CHOICE and rights. She regularly interferes in schooling and other decisions that should be left to the parents. She decides what types of information my child can and can not receive and decided which activities he can and can't do. If you have any thought that PARENTS CHOICE come first, look elsewhere.

At this point, I just feel awful for my child that we are now stuck in this position. I can't stress enough the regret I have and wish I knew more before selecting Melissa and agreeing to her firms' contract; One sided, full of ways to pay Melissa more fees and a complete loss of parental rights. I had hoped for a helpful PC, but I got more of the same legal run around and realized I was just another paycheck.

We all know how stressful this process is, and I hope this review might save someone else from risking the loss of their parental independence by making an uninformed decision up front.

My advice, stay away, stay away, stay away!!! There are 1000s of capable attorney's to chose from, look elsewhere.

I hired Elsie Gonzales April 2023 and fired her in July 26th. In 3 months I paid 5k and all she did was craft an MSA with the terms I gave her and when the other party refused to sign, she filed the complaint for divorce. She is rude, lacks empathy and has zero sense of urgency. She usually replies 3-4 days later and is extremely condescending when she gets around to replying. The office manager, Anna Shea is super argumentative and defends her attorneys without taking into consideration the client’s needs.

I went to Cipriano Law with full faith that they would help me with a very difficult divorce and all they did was take advantage of me and my situation. Now I have to start again from scratch and refile. $5000.00 out the window.

Cipriano Law Firm, you are there to help people not take advantage and leave people worse than when they reached out to you for help. The treatment I received was cruel and unfair and Im sure Im not the only one.

The Cipriano Law Firm was highly responsive and attentive when I placed the first phone call. I worked with Bart Lombardo, assigned to my child support case. He is, by far, the best attorney I have worked with. I postponed the case due to my anxiety and lack of knowledge about obtaining child support. Bart is very knowledgeable, and he explained the process step by step. In addition, he was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meeting. If you are in search for a law firm to help with any issues, stop looking and call these people now. Believe me, these are the people you want on your side!! I am unfortunately coming out of a long, drawn-out divorce. The first law firm I hired left me hanging when things started to get tough. They even made me sign a "substitution of lawyer" agreement. I was lost, confused, and constantly stressed out trying to represent myself in divorce court. The worst part was the fear of not being able to see my daughter.
