I had been searching for a lawyer that I could afford in regards to a custody case. I had called probably at least 20 different lawyers Michael was the only one that I actually connected to. He took my case to heart and was very vigilant in communicating with me about what was going on with the different aspects of my case. I couldn't have asked for a better person to represent me, my family, and our interests. Highly, highly, highly, recommend if you're in need of a lawyer for custody!!!!! I am very grateful to Michael Chin and his team. I hired Michael to represent me in what ended up being an 18-month custody case. Michael will talk a good show in the beginning, he actually got my divorce done but would not fight back when glaring mistakes were made at the end. I pretty much felt ghosted the closer we got to the end of the case. When I needed him a second time for a support modification, it was a large retainer, little work, ghosting again, they filled out one form and refunded 800 of a 3500 retainer. It's hard to find a reasonabley priced attorney that will do what you need, Fast,Cheep,Good, pick two and it will not be the third

Typical lawyers, all about getting your money. Ron gave me a price based off trial. I paid 6200 because we had trial set and I needed someone to represent me. He talked me into figuring it out to avoid trial. In the end I paid a full 6200 just for his assistants to file a couple papers for me. It shouldn’t have costed that much for that I received. I definitely will never use an attorney that only uses flat fees because I feel played.

Michael went above and beyond for me. I had a very long court and custody battle of almost 2 years. Michael never gave up on me and did everything possible for my case and I was eventually awarded full custody of my daughter. He is honest , caring , and thorough. He is not a price gouger. He is extremely hard working and good at what he does. He was amazing in trial and thought of everything . You can not go wrong with Michael and you will be in very good hands . He is extremely competent and reliable. I highly recommend him and couldn’t thank him enough for everything he’s done for me and my family.

When I first spoke with Michael I knew he was the right attorney for me. He helped me thru a very rough time. He always knew how to calm me down and reassure me that we would get through this divorce. He is very compassionate and true to his word. Michael Chin took over my case from my previous Attorney, who stalled my case for over a year. Even though, we are still working to get a resolution, Michael has been prompt to answering my questions, phone calls and emails, usually, the SAME DAY, and speedily moving my case to a fair settlement. This wasn't the case with my previous attorney, who never answered my phone calls or emailed me back for weeks.
In family court, all one needs is a TRUSTED Attorney who is ready to listen and provide honest opinions and suggestions to help guide their clients to a fair, quitably or reasonable settlement. That's what Michael represents.
Michael Chin has restored my hope and confidence in the legal system. And I believe he can do the same for you too!
I didn't give Michael a 5 star because my case is still ongoing, but I am confident to say that he is working hard and moving my case forward in a manner that has restored my dignity, faith and responsibility with my children! Oh and I must add that his office staff are awesome too!
