Didn’t follow up after I set time aside to have a conversation/consultation I talked to “Tina” had a appt set for 3pm. I had to reach out because it was past 3 to talk to “Jessica” who met me with an attitude…. Have the heart to help people or don’t be in this field simple people like myself need real assistance and guidance I don’t need attitude I need solutions. It sounded like the same woman playing games 😒

You guys need to get it together if your going to offer a service as delicate as immigration services. We come to you not begging but trusting that you have our best interest at heart and that you at least care. I will not let Anyone push me around just because you claim to offer Help. Get a better person to answer your phone calls an not place people on hold for 10 plus minutes. I don’t not recommend y’all to anyone.

Just got off the phone. May be a scam. They came recommended from 3 law firms & the person who picked up was rude and said she couldn't help. Suspicious......

The lawyer they've currently given me won't respond to emails, calls, or take my case serious. I feel as though I need to find better representation before I lose my daughter to this incompetent GAL. DCFS had better GALs than this. 💯

The absolute worst. My child was assigned two GALs out of this office. They talked to my children for 20 minutes and went against everything they said. My children are in a horrible situation and no one will help. Then they lied and pretended they couldnt reach me. Im calling and calling and no one will answer. Absolutely horrible.

My father passed away in July. I came to cvls in early September to seek probate help. They said it would take 6-12 weeks for them just to decide if they would help me, which I thought was wayyyyy too long. Now, I have since found a lawyer who worked with me and my situation and I have completed my task in October and it only took him 3 weeks. Guess what?!?!?! I finally got a letter in the mail from cvls and they will not help me or should I say take my case. So why the hell did it take 6 months when you told me it would be 2-3 months and what made you come to this decision. Clearly I needed help, so what are your qualifications? My father passed, I had no money, I did NOT know what I was doing, had no clue about this probate process and to finally get a letter 6 MONTHS LATER?!?! Unacceptable! Thank God for the probate lawyer who worked with me, helped me AND educated me. If anyone reading this review would like help in the probate process look up Mario A Reed tell him I sent you!✌🏼
