I watched Cherie Kelser in court the other day treat her client with the utmost disrespect. Quit on her client before the trial even started then when her client was out of the courtroom—talked to the opposing attorney about her client saying all these horrible things. She is not the attorney she advertises to be. I would never recommend her to anyone. Read her other reviews one even comments that all her good reviews are her friends just to boost her ratings.

Her website says passionate and understanding. Which is very much I lied. I was called stupid because I trusted my husband. Then she made a deal with out my approval and told me that I should take it or she was withdrawing from my case. When I said no, she withdrew from the case right before court proceedings where to start. If you agree with her she will do her work. I have asked for documentation 3 different times and still have not received them. Horrible experience. As I was leaving the court room hear her bad mouth me to the another attorney. Very unethical is how she acted during the proceedings and after. She didn’t even fight for me when the judge asked her to. I was very poorly represented. Think twice before hiring her

I hired Cherie to help me battle DCFS after my children were removed for DV in the home. Cherie was very quick to devise a plan and put it into action to ensure the quick return of my children. JA cases normally drag out 12-18 months, Cherie had the kids returned home in 8 and the case closed in 10. I will recommend Cherie’s services forever and always. She is the best of the best.
