I have used Charles T. Newland & Associates over the past 22 years for numerous legal matters including contracts, wills and a personal injury lawsuit. In each instance, Chuck has proven that he has an impressive understanding of the law and how to protect his clients, while genuinely caring for their well being. Chuck patiently advised me on the strengths and potential weaknesses of taking my personal injury case before a Lake County jury and helped me to assess if pursuing a legal battle was in my best interest. He advised of the pros and cons, knowing this was an extremely emotional and difficult undertaking for me. Chuck acted as my partner in the process, all the way through the trial.
