I would like to start by saying thank you to Mr.Shivers. "Charles" is the real deal criminal law attorney. First off he answers the phone! If for some reason he cant, he will respond as soon as possible. He is extremely professional, keeping his appointments, appearing at court dates and assisting his clients with meeting their obligations. I started out like ever other person that has a run in with law. Its the biggest deal ever to you, life as you know it is forever changed. You see little possibility of a positive outcome at the time etc... Charles does his best to thoroughly go over you case. First he wants to find out how are you doing? Yes he actually truly cares about the people he represents! What exactly happened? Who was involved etc.. He lays out the possible scenarios and options with you. But don't get me wrong, he is extremely honest and will be straight with you on the situation. It may not be exactly what you want to hear at that time but believe me it actually helps. Charles will be up front with you about prices for his services and is flexible to help his clients. I'm sure he is by no means the cheapest lawyer around. This is actually the time you want the best representation you can find. These situations we find ourselves in do affect our lives in the future and you want you best chance at a positive outcome.
