It unfortunate that you continue to lie about the actual events. You did not resolve the problem. In fact, Sandra totally mishandle my case. As mentioned previously, on the day for the case to be dismissed, there was no court hearing schedule, and it was not on the court calendar because Sandra nor anyone from your office was present at court. therefore, I do not understand what you mean about arriving 40 minutes late. If this office claims they have experience and deal with these types of cases how would they know the case was dismissed when Sandra, nor anyone one from your office was present in court that day. You are referring to the first court appearance when the office manager/ called me to tell me Sandra was at the house when she clearly was not arriving for over 40 minutes. Second, you stated you made a deal and you actually did not when clearly I had the paper work to dismiss case from city which you ignored and did not do. I would have never signed that document I should and that is on me. You can sit there and make yourselves look like you helped me and won my case but you actually did not. All you did is destroy my record. But keep telling yourselves that if this is what is going to make you feel better about yourselves, saying you helped me when you completely fouled up my case and robbed me. Please do not embarrass yourselves any further before as I have obtained the document as proof that this case has not been dismissed and awaiting for court hearing. I am not the only one who you guys done wrong as I seen past clients reviews who also agree that you guys are complete garbage.

I HIGHLY recommend this business. SANDRA IS THE BEST and knows what she's doing. She helped me evict a tenant in the city of LA. It has definitely been a learning process. Patience is key but as mentioned Sandra and her team know exactly what they're doing, and all the proper documentation was filed.

Eviction matter, had letter from city of landlord non compliance therefore the three day notice or quit notice is nulled and void. I even paid for Ms Sandra who was helping in the case to come speak on my behalf however when I wanted to cancel her services because I had the letter from coty was told no refund but because I had no heard from her since to prepare for court date. Day of court she showed up late was told she was there when she was not. When she did show up she went behind my back to talk to plaintiff's laywer. She told me that she reached an agreement that case will be dismissed and sealed if I left by certain date and will receive part of my deposit back. She further stated to return back to court even judge at certain date and time which was noted in court documents and case will be dismissed if I fulfiled te agreement . On day of court , case was not on calender was only sealed and have this judgement on record. When I set up an appointment to speak with Ms Sandra I was met by coworker/ office manager and he stated Sandra did her job that there was nothing they could do.If I was to see the judge was only to if Idid not agree with terms. Sandra guaranteed me that case will be dismissed because letter from city they would have to start eviction process all over now but lcsme to agreement to eave to leave on specific date and part of deposit to be return to me and casexwill be dimmed or I would never had signed document. Her office manager/co worker also stated maybe got dismissed which made no sense because there was no court hearing for it to dismiss case but told to call court to see if it shows up in the minutes. I was lied too and cheated by these people. They took advantage of me in the worst way when I was at the most vulnerable time in my life. They knew they did wrong because they would not let me speak or see Ms Sandra nor dishes follow up with me regarding out come nor genuine interest in to help me when I clearly there was evidence landlord was in the wrong to evicted us and now a judgement sealng of this case was not the agreement. Sandra and her office just wiped their hands clean and state no wrong doing.Fortunately I was able to get thru the judicial secretary at courthouse to have case heard and added calenderfor future date and get rhis case have this dismissed and removed from my record as documented on court agreement. Lesson learned my advice do not trust these people when it comes to legal matters consult actual lawyers Unfortunately due to money and time this was last resort.
