If I could give 0 starts I would. Staff don't know there own policies. Was told I could get a 100 percent refund. The business makes you pay the full amount weeks/months before they attempt to render service. Routinely go weeks without answering the phones for questions. Failed to render any service before my time sensitive mediation needed to be done, and then double downed on the partial refund. Upper management gave atleast 4 reasons why I wouldn't be getting a full refund and they were all laughable. Mediation services will usually take money the day before a mediation just in case of a cancellation or problem, this company takes money as soon as possible I feel strictly to try to get paid for doing nothing. Shady at best if not down right theft. I work hard for my money and they think 2 phone calls and an email and refusing to properly communicate authorizes them to 100$. Avoid this company at all costs, just do yourself a favor and hire a real mediator. Cheers

I cannot say enough good things. Their ED Maralise is a powerhouse and full of knowledge! You come out with so much knowledge and usable skills. Highly recommend! From conflict comes conversation! Thank-you Maralise!!
