The rudest phone receptionist ever! I thoroughly checked for my type of case, before calling for an appointment. She immediately told me they didn’t handle my type of case, and cut me off mid sentence to give me a referral number I didn’t ask for. Then when I tried to speak she put me on hold. After waiting, I hung up and called back. It was the same rude person. When I asked why she didn’t return to me waiting, she hung up on me! This is NOT the lawyer that will help you when such an introduction to their “services” is the receptionist from Hades!

The intake scheduled me for a consultation and said I could pay when I arrived. I received a phone call the day prior to my appointment from Yancy, who I was suppose consult with, confirming I was coming (the day prior to my appointment). She insisted that I scheduled for the day prior and that’s why they don’t book without payment. I definitely do not want a lawyer that refuses to believe to me and willing to completely remove me from the calendar if I didn’t pay ahead of time. This is exactly why I refuse to pay in advance to my appointment, easily could have been my money wasted because the scheduler made a mistake. Not to mention I live over an hour out, so scheduling is important. Not a law firm I feel comfortable representing me.
