There is no reason to hire a lawyer for doc preparation and filing, whether it's for wills, living trusts, life estate deeds, etc. Lawyers charge exorbitant fees and their paralegals do all the work anyway. I will continue to use Caroline's services for all my future needs.

Less than 3 months ago I was looking at spending well over $5K on an attorney retainer fee + court costs for a simplified dissolution of marriage petition. As of 2 weeks ago, I am divorced - free and clear - and I spent less than a third of that amount. Caroline assisted with acquiring the correct forms and verifying that all of the information on them was accurate and in the correct format so as to eliminate any hang-ups in the review process. The petition was then notarized in her office with a witness and submitted to the clerk of the court. The doc sailed through review without incident, and we were scheduled for the court date just 10 days later.
