My father turned 91, and started having problems with falling. I knew at some point we would need to make a change. Someone suggested talking to CarePatrol. I called and spoke to Theresa, who was unbelievably helpful. She asked all about Dad - what he likes to do, what he likes to eat. Even tho the time was not right to make changes yet, she already had an adult care home in mind that might be a good fit. She touched base every month or so to see how things were going. Six months later, after a bad fall and a hospital stay, the time was right to move ahead - luckily there was a room available in the wonderful adult care home she initially thought would be a good fit. He has been there 3 weeks now, is adjusting to the changes in his life and says he is very comfortable there. I can't thank Theresa enough for helping us through this huge lifestyle transition. She really cares, is a great source of information, and I never felt any sort of pressure while making this difficult decision. CarePatrol has earned my highest recommendation!

Wonderful company! They were really there for me every step of the way and even after my mom found a place to go. They even paid her a visit at her new place to check up in her. They really do care about you and your family member. Big shout out to Theresa who was there for us and helped us find a place for our mother, she was so helpful and kind and we really appreciate her hard work and dedication. We would of been lost without her!

I can not be more thankful! I came to Theresa very stressed due to some unfortunate events. She went to work immediately (on a weekend, no less!) and with lightning speed found my husband the PERFECT care facility. She's very intuitive and knows her business.
