I’m so happy that I received my work permit & approval. The staff at the Stockton office are knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately my experience with the office over the phone has had me lost on where my case stands in because of the information that has been given to me. It’s easier for me to call them to take time out of my day to pay a visit for the simple information that could have been given to me over the phone. Every time I speak to a receptionist over the phone they never know what’s going on and tell me misinformation .because This is my case it is important to me to know where my case stands. Luckily I took the time out of my day to visit the office and spoke to Jimmy and he insisted I go to my previous address and it was there ! Jimmy has been very helpful and I really hope improvement is made with the people answering the phones.
