I Called Bob Vesely when my 6 year old PC began to act erratically. His testing revealed my computer would have to be replaced. Bob installed a new PC whose performance makes my previous one look like an antique and he explained it's operation in language I could easily understand. His professionalism and technical knowledge has been exemplary. I recommend California Computer Rescue without reservation.

I needed to replace my old slow computer and was searching for technical help and support. Fortunately, I went to CCR first and found exactly what I needed. In addition, to building a custom computer, CCR came to my house and set the system, ensuring all software, files, and peripherals were installed correctly. Spent time explaining the new system/software and made sure I understood how to use it. Expecting to spend a major sum, I was overjoyed with the cost including the at-home installation.

Rob is a remarkable professional. He promptly came to my home and solved my serious computer issues. As a senior citizen, he was respectful and patient with me.
My system was 8 years old and Rob provided me with a great Dell computer and backup drive at a bargain basement price. The hours he spent with me made me feel very special.

Quick to respond regarding my very old and tired laptop. Batteries had grown to 3 times its size, audio had gone south and a myriad of other problems. After a discussion it was determined to replace. Discussed brand, size, cost etc. It was a no brainer. Rob went through the old one and made me realize some software was really outdated. Scheduled with him for deliver and setup. Arrived, installed all of my data, told me and the wife the how to and thanked him. Rob knows his stuff. I sensed in his training a note of confidentially, honesty and an upfront trust. If necessary, without question, will use his service again.

Rob does an excellent job of taking care of all computer problems. If it doesn't cooperate, he works on it until the problem is solved. He is excellent in educating his clients on all facets of their computer and what to watch for with scams. He has helped me several times with problems and guiding me when I needed a new laptop and printer. I truly appreciate his helpfulness.
