Expensive prescriptions. I had to change to Walgreens 40 miles away, round trip. Does that tell you anything? People are nice and the Dr. Pepper is cheaper than anywhere.

My place to go friendly service and a good fit for me they know all the meds I take an are helpful with getting cold medicine and congestion meds that don't interfere with the medication I'm on.

Been filling prescriptions here for years. Today i went to pick up a prescription and was told that they no longer accept my insurance. I was never notified. They just waited til i drove there, already had the script filled and then told me they didn’t take it. The pharmacist was very kind and felt bad and did transfer to Walgreens in Rockford. Apparently this was a decision by the owner to no longer accept certain insurances.

My wife picked up my medications pharmacy staff was too lazy to check the bin to see if there was more than one package. Now I have to make another 40 miles round trip to pick them up. They need to pay attention, update computers so maybe it will tell staff how many are ready. Since the pharmacy staff change it has gone to $hit.

Maybe it's because I have a kid of my own now, but I really wanted to decorate for the holiday this year. To my surprise, I was so delighted that a local store had amazing holiday items to make my home feel like Christmas. I was able to find just what I was looking for. Also, I was impressed with the all the Melissa & Doug items they carry. My daughter will appreciate this! When it came to check out, I was in no hurry to leave the store. A line did form right as I was walking to the front. The cashier quickly called more cashiers to the front of the store and I was out in no time. Thank you for the happy shopping experience!

Today I went to buy insulin syringes. Jan the pharmacist got involved and treated me extremely rudely. After making me feel like I'm a drug user she refused to sell to me. I told her I use them for my testosterone replacement therapy And she was confused and did not understand what TRT was which caught me by surprise being she's a pharmacist. I explained to her that a prescription was not needed and she understood just flat out refused to sell to me. I had to drive to Rockford to Walgreens which sold to me no questions asked. What has me the most upset is how they made me feel like a drug user, they made me feel very uncomfortable as I had to leave.

We have been a client here for several years, never had an issue until lately. They deny filling prescriptions claiming “insurance doesn’t pay enough” and send you packing. I asked if this is worth losing all future business to which they responded “the decision has been made”. I don’t have a problem paying more to help the local shop out, but they refused to even give that option. What good is a pharmacy that you can’t fill your prescriptions at? They have lost my familie’s business.
