I was very happy to meet Dr. Will and Rachel her nurse. Looking forward to my treatment to fix an area that has a cholesterol deposit under my eyes. I feel so comfortable and confident that Dr Will understood my issue and will correct my problem. I’m a nurse as well and her training is so impressive to me I know I am in good hands. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, the office clean and I have all the confidence I chose a fantastic practice. Great experience meeting everyone there.

Bear with my story it’s a bit long but necessary. Found out about this place back in Aug 2023. Went in for an initial consultation at their Plainfield location for a cyst on my wrist and Dr Burt said she could remove. Went back in maybe a week or two after consultation (around October) and was told my insurance might not cover it so it’d be better to schedule for outpatient unless I wanted to run the risk and just do it there - should’ve went with my gut and just did it. I agreed to outpatient and they scheduled me for surgery a week later…well life happens and I had to reschedule not once, but twice so I ended up cancelling bc of work conflict. Fast forward to December and I call to try and get rescheduled finally. I’m getting told Cristin Robertson is on it and checking my insurance. Holidays pass and it’s January so I call and tell them I’m in pain and I don’t care if I have to pay I’ll do it in office and I’d pay, so the young lady that answered said to come in since they had availability so I can be seen. Go in and Cristin says “I called or emailed you (mind you she never did) and I’m working on it and I will call you when I figure out the insurance because it’s a new year (whatever, fair enough) but then I ask “can I just do the procedure in office like Dr Burt originally said” Cristin says no bc it’s not allowed, which is not what I was told the first time but w/e. She then asks if I want to see the dr but that she’s wouldn’t do or say anything different than what she already told me. So I leave and still waiting to get a call back. It is now February 7 and I just got out of the ER bc my cyst was starting to get infected so they did an emergency extraction, moral of the story, go somewhere else. All they care about it cosmetic surgery here and Cristin is rude….Rant over

Such a great experience! From check in to rooming to the consultation with the amazing Dr. I had a seamless and no pressure visit. The office and it's staff are very comforting and inviting. I came in extremely nervous and unsure of what to expect and I left after my visit feeling excited to make this decision for myself. Dr Burt was so knowledgeable and took such care explaining what procedures would help achieve my personal body desires and reinstate some post mom bod confidence. I would highly recommend you booking a consultation here, especially if you want a specialized, non pressurized experience.

They were very kind and comforting during one of the most difficult times. Very professional and helped with all insurance paperwork and calls so I didn’t have to. Nurses were great and caring. Dr Will is just amazing. She is not only extremely skilled at facial plastic surgery, she actually cares about what you say and answers all of your questions. I just had work done by her two weeks ago and I feel great. The results were better than expected. After surgery she is ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have and does not make you feel rushed as if she's too busy for you.
She definitely makes you feel important.

Most of all skill is essential and she is honestly amazing at her craft. I hope many good things come her way, she deserves it. I have been to the surgical center, her Plainfield office and the Limelight office. Each time I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and I felt very welcome and comfortable.
