Lots of food available mainly for campers. They even have ice creams. Do try their sundaes, they are really good. Next to the general store they have washroom which is clean. It is difficult to find a parking spot once you enter the park but if lucky you will find one quickly. The general store has most of the things you need and the staff is firendly. During peak time the store might get crowded quickly.

Friendly staff and cool souvenirs to buy before you leave. They have every camping essential needs you want. They serve soft serve ice cream which can be paid at the desk. Very cool to check it out while your still there

I love Burney Falls and always have. My family has been going there since my mother was thirteen. The waterfall is gorgeous, the lake is amazing. All wonderful. Except the general store. It's a cute little general store with the best ice cream and awesome clothing but the customer service makes this a one star review. There's a smile on no ones face. There's not a single smile in sight. No one tries to talk to you. No one tries to help you. No one looks like they care at all. Just walking in there made my entire day turn sour. I got a fishing license with them because I had forgotten to get one before I left for Burney Falls, and I will never be doing it again. They tried to tell me they looked up my profile with California Fish and Wildlife with my email address, which I knew to be completely false. I told her I didn't want my email address added into my profile, and she said "It's how we look you up in the computer" and pointed to the Fish and Wildlife machine. Which isn't true. You get a person's profile by scanning their I.D., looking up their first name, last name, and drivers license, or by looking up their G.O. I.D. with a document number (you can easily just scan those if the bar code is still readable). By that point I was a little thrown off. When I went back to my campsite I noticed that my birthday and address were entered wrong by the lady. I was so unimpressed and frustrated. No one was friendly and they did a terrible job.

It was great! There is a decent selection of snacks and the soft serve is tasty! However it gets crowded and the lines are a bit confusing. I also feel like the prices are fair.
