My father used Britt Brown to update his will. Looks like he changed the date, had my father sign it, and charged him $660. All of the names are misspelled, inaccurate, names have changed, cities are all wrong, Etc. The documents were actually NOT updated at all.
I don't see an email listed or I would send accurate spellings of each of our names. Also if you call after hours there's not even an outgoing message to respond to. It just rings forever.
I've called seven times leaving detailed messages, and have received ZERO RESPONSE. The receptionist knows me well each time I call.
I'm perfectly willing to give Mr Brown the opportunity to correct his mistakes. Otherwise my dad deserves a REFUND and we'll see a different attorney.

Been my families attorneys for as long as I can remember. Attorney's know what they're doing, reasonable prices friendly, never any problems getting a quick appt. Attorney's know what they're doing and will talk to you on the phone and answer questions and don't charge for this. I wouldn't go to any other attorney. Always satisfied with thus group

Paid $800 to do my LLC which cost $150-$250 from the state.. I agreed to it (stupidly) so that's my fault.. but the worst part is they typed my name in with a completely different last name. How do you even do that? Then for over a year I called over 10 times asking it to be changed. THEY NEVER DID. So I had to do it myself..

My experience with this firm was terrible. They did not communicate well during the process, their staff was rude and they dropped the ball on what they were retained to do which ended up delaying a real estate closing and a bank re-finance. During that same time frame they were hired to represent us in a business legal matter and missed the deadline to file a lein which resulted us in losing our lien rights.

When I went to their office to pick up our files they were not accountable or appologetic. I was told that I was not their number one client and they did not have the time to do what they were hired to do. I would have accepted that explanation prior to hiring them and depending on them to handle our legal matters however after the fact it has cost my company a lot of time, money and disruption.

I stongly suggest not using this firm.

They never filed any of our paper work and it's 3 months later. Also has never returned any calls in a couple months. Worthless attorney. Needless to say will be getting new attorney.
