I called brown and brown to handle a comp claim for me spoke with Mr. Robert Kerr who was very informative to the point and direct. He explained everything to me in detail. He was also very attentive while I was explaining my situation and he asked all the right questions. He sent out Mr. Steve Cherry who was very humble and courteous he was a really great listener also he asked all the right questions too of Robert and Steve was very professional made me feel stressed and worry free these two gentleman literally took all of the pressure off of me. I wished accidents never happened but we don’t live in that kind of world should it do I’ll be calling these two gentlemen and the brown and brown family. You should too. Thanks guys!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Sean H. represented me after an accident. Nice guy and got things taken care of. But access to my counsel proved to be difficult. Communication lines were open via phone and email to a paralegal I believe(who wasn't always the most courteous for some reason). So to be honest, I only communicated with her when absolutely necessary. I called directly to the firm many times to get in contact with my attorney, the receptionist would consistently say he'd be in contact with me. Would never really happen. I finally met my attorney after requesting a face to face. So overall, definitely got the job done and I appreciate that. I would use them again if needed, but would need assurances that communication would be better. Just don't expect immediate access to the attorney with issues, questions, etc. I know attorneys are busy, sure. But as a client, you want access to your representation when dealing with life altering events. Especially since that representation will usually cost you a third of any compensation you may receive. I also recommended a friend to Brown&Brown last year. She liked the early process, but also expresses communication with her attorney are lacking.

Steve Cherry,
came out to see me and start with the process of getting started. He made sure I understood everything that was out in front of me and assured me they would do all they can to help me with my case.
