Terry knows the ins and outs within Nevada county. He tells it straight and will do his best for you. You need to trust your lawyer that is why you hire them, and I did and it all worked out for the best.

Mr. Broughton took a $2000 retainer. Lied about his email being out of order, delaying the process. After doing nothing, I terminated our relationship and asked for return of the retainer. He said NO.
He is very dishonest.
I would recommend NOT using him.
