I Hired Brooks for my divorce case. She attended 2 hearings and has refused to return my phone calls and emails for over a year now. Iv gone to her office during her business hours more times than I can count and she is NEVER in. My husbands lawyer has contacted her and given her the paperwork for the divorce several times she knows I'm trying to get a hold of her to sign my divorce papers. His lawyer did all the leg work. And all I need to is go over them and sign and can't bc she won't do her job. At this point shes standing in the way of my divorce not helping me getting it...and she has been paid in full! Wasted thousands of dollars for her just to prevent my divorce! DO NOT HIRE HER!!!! SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

she did a decent job on my case. I just feel like she has several other clients and forgets about yours unless you keep checking. my cases was very long and drug out, but she did get ALL of her money in advance, therefore i feel that she wasnt on top of things as she should have been, since she was already paid! She is very confident in her work, but i felt she was some what "scared" of the other attorney involved, and looked for the easy way out. She lost her assistant in the middle of our long drug out cases, called me and accused me of not paying the full price on one of my cases, so glad i still had the receipts to prove otherwise..
I ended up having to reach out to the judge myself to find out the ruling on one of my cases weeks after court, and the other case i had to look at arcourtconnect website. Still have not herd from her at this moment on that case, glad there is a.such thing as a public website to look at orders and decrees...

Completely unprofessional. Watched her change her opinion during trial because she was not prepared. Does not put the work in to render a valid opinion. She embarrassed herself and her profession. She charged extra after the trial because you can’t prove otherwise. Afterwards, we found out that we are not the only family that she has done this to. Our family will forever be scarred because of her incompetence.

Because of Brooks Wiggins unprofessionalism I lost my family China cabinet, $700 because of a waterline, the list just goes on. I called Brooks Wiggins to help me with an emergency custody order. I had called several attorneys and they all said it would take a day or two. Brooks had us in front of a judge in Lonoke County within hours not days. We were granted our emergency custody order by the judge. I watched her in action in a hearing (not mine). She is vile, and an awful human being and bully, in my opinion. Her demeanor was cruel and unprofessional and unnecessary. There is a way to get your point across in a respectful manner without retraumatizing a victim of coercive control, legal abuse, financial abuse, etc.

It appeared during court and testimony that she might have been texting one of the attorneys and their client during the hearing. Maybe my eyes were deceiving me and the others in the "audience," but that is sure what it looked like to us. I thought that wasn’t allowed?

And no Brooks… it was not a closed court. It was an open court. Proof you don’t know what you are talking about. Your job is to be the child’s attorney, not the parent’s attorney. You are a bully and need to take some courses on how to recognize coercive control, legal abuse and financial abuse. It would serve you well. In my opinion, it appears that you side with abusers and have a lack of impartiality. Maybe if you spent more time actually paying attention in court and to testimony instead of being distracted on your cell phone you might pick up on these things.

Your job it appears, is to create false narratives in high conflict situations so that will ensure you have repeat business and revenue.
