I just closed on my second home with Matt. Obviously, I was extremely nervous closing on my first home, but Matt and his team did a wonderful job guiding me and addressing any concerns or issues I had. He caught a few errors from the seller's side during our closing and made them address right away before allowing the deal to proceed. I felt protected!!!

Needless to say, I decided to go with Matt again on my second home. He cares a LOT and is very protective over his clients and making sure their needs are met. If you want to feel at ease during a stressful process, go with Matt and his team!
