I don’t normally leave reviews, but after the exceptional customer service from the team at Brand Used Works I felt they deserved the recognition. After a mistake was identified they immediately responded within minutes of my email asking for assistance and called me to confirm a way forward. On top of that they were always available for questions/concerns I had, and rectified the problem immediately. As a new auction member they trusted me by allowing me to participate and not only provided an amazing/fun auction, but the support to ensure I was satisfied with the process is above and beyond most other companies. I will definitely continue to support them and do business with their team!

I obtained a winning bid on a rifle I had been wanting for a long time. Spent days looking through different auctions, websites etc and found the one I wanted. Got the winning bid, then hours later received a canceled sell notice saying the seller wanted to cancel the sell. I sent THREE messages and waited several days for a response that never came. I just wanted to know why it was cancelled and if there was any way to complete the sell. I would have been fine if I had got some kind of response, but nothing. Maybe I'll try again if I can get some kind of response or resolution... but for now, I'd say don't waste your time... A winning bid doesn't assure you that they will actually sell the item to you as they sell the same items on multiple platforms. And don't expect them to work with you if something goes wrong. It's just my experience though, maybe others will have better luck.

Under no circumstances should you ever buy a firearm from this online auction website unless you are expecting it to be nonfunctional. The owner misrepresents the condition of the items being sold and everything is sold "as is", with no refunds or returns.
