We set up an appointment and put down our credit card as a hold to make sure we did not miss our appointment. We both arrived early to the appointment where we were met by an assistant to “check us in”. We were told we had completed all required documentation and that the attorney would arrive in just a minute. After a couple of minutes the assistant came back in to say the attorney was on a call wrapping it up and would be right with us. After approximately 12 minutes the assistant came back again saying they would have to reschedule as the attorney was still tied up. We both were upset by this saying we blocked off time from our work to be here, completed their requirements of watching a video and filling out paperwork and showed up at the time and date that they picked. This shows a complete disrespect for our time and as such lost of business.
