When you call and ask to speak to YOUR worker they put you threw to a random person. Which never answers. Doesn’t matter if you call back repeatedly and ask for a specific person they still send you to five different people and they still WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Huge problem when people genuinely need assistance. They’ve been like this for years.
