$1 a page to scan 50+ pages!? If you're going to rob someone, have the decency to tell them you're doing it beforehand. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it was that high so when they told me the total was $50 for 5 minutes of work I was in utter shock. I looked at them in disbelief and asked if he could give me some sort of discount as they had already emailed me and provided the service. He knocked off a measely $5. Mind you, there's no hard costs associated with this job at all. Literally 5 minutes of their time. Look at their cute little Mantra on the receipt. Unfortunately they don't abide by it at all. When I called to further voice my displeasure they were dismissive. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future, you should too.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. I brought in a pile of things I wanted to ship and an address. They took care of everything else: provided the perfect box and bubble wrap, wrapped it all up for me, taped it, filled out the forms, and recommended the best shipping options.

They only charged a few bucks for all of the shipping materials and their own time -- the bulk of the cost was for Fedex's shipping rates.

I was very impressed and will definitely return here for all my shipping needs. Thank you!

This is a wonderful postal annex and iPostal1 location, with a small store that has everything needed for shipping, packaging and more. The owners are friendly, personable, and helpful. Highly recommended!

I went here to send my mom her C-Pap machine and if I actually lived in Fallbrook I would hand down use this place over the UPS store or any other mailing place. The staff was warm-hearted and kind. They made the process easy and a lot more pleasant then what I have experienced at UPS and FedEx. They also made it easier for me to ship a book to a friend in Florida.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

DO NOT have a PO box at this location!
They did not inform me of mail that was in my box for 3 Months!!
I am out of town alot, so do not stop by on a regular basis.
Was told they would advise me when mail is in my boxes.
Insult to injury, I paid for 1 year in advance and they will not refund me!!!
This has cost my business dearly!

They are SO nice here! Friendly, helpful and they make sure that everything is exactly how you need it done! The service here is excellent and just 20 million times better than the awful (and RUDE) UPS Store in Fallbrook. I will ALWAYS head to Bonsall for anything I need printed.

Ok, yes, the owner and long time business associate are eclectic and have a somewhat unusual sense of humor. That being said, being a long-time Fallbrook resident, I have come to expect and enjoy this. I like the fact that there is some interpersonal dialogue and camaraderie in our fantastic little village, unlike the complete lack thereof in most larger communities. It is reviews like some of those here that remind me of why I live in Fallbrook - elsewhere people hide behind computers and anonymity. I doubt any of the whiners on this site actually said anything while they were at this business and instead ran home to their keyboards to write a scathing review. For those of you who mirror this behavior - feel free to stay in your over-populated, over-built, cookie-cutter communities and continue to make corrupt politicians and housing developers rich beyond belief. I, for one, love the unusual aspects of Fallbrook and have had nothing but good experiences at Bonsall Postal and Imaging, including a recent nearly hour-long assistance while my wife and I were getting a Life Scan to be able to volunteer at our children's school.The problem with Bonsall Postal and Imaging isn't the personalities working there - it's the bitchy, hypersensitive, hypercritical little whiners that don't have the capacity (or compassion) to appreciate real people.
