This is the second time I’ve tried to cash a check at this currency exchange and they made some excuse not to help. Yet I see them go above and beyond to accommodate the other races that step in here. Last time I brought a reimbursement government check they said no cause there’s been a scam, this time I brought my COMED deposit refund check they said no because it’s older than 3weeks. If you only want to help certain people post that somewhere

Called ahead to ask if they have foreign currency, they say yes. I specifically ask over the phone if they had EUROs and they said yes. Drive over and walk up to the window 30 minutes later to be told they don’t have Euros…..

Had a great experience here with Victoria tonight. She helped me and my wife exchange some cash for Euros and made it super simple. Extremely nice and courteous throughout. Be sure to ask for Victoria if you go. Will return when I need to exchange cash again.

Do not go here if you're not Mexican. The cashier are rude they was talking about me in Spanish to their Supervisor on the phone and to each other and I understood everything. I tried to cash a settlement check from my job. She had me sign the check I waited an hour for them to verify then she couldn't cash it after I signed the check. I work 2 jobs and I can't make it to my bank every time I have a.problem with this place every time I come up here. If you're Black turn away they don't like us. I'm never going there again. So sad and it's been dirty for 10 years that I've been coming to use their service.

I went to this place for the last 2 days and they are not working their scheduled hours. Sunday they were completely closed when I went. Tonight I went in, the open sign was on and the door was unlocked. I was waiting for about 10 minutes while they lady was doing paperwork with her back turned to me. I didn’t say excuse me or disturb her. She knew I was there because I was on a phone call. She eventually turned around and yells “ we’re closed the next girl will be here at 11:30. This was at 10:45.

Not friendly people, just sour apple bitter b personalities. Why are you bothered and thrown off when someone comes to your window? This is the job you chose!? LOL! This currency charged me twice even though they told me it wouldn’t. I made the mistake of using tap to pay. A simple “DONT USE TAP” posted on the terminal would have avoided this. They have a paragraph written that is just blending in with all the other handwritten notes. I called them to refund the double charge and now they want me to call my bank to dispute it. This Currency’s employees are just LAZY and BITTER! Clearly they don’t enjoy the line of work they chose.

Place is a joke I’ve been here 4 times for 4 different things and they find an excuse to not do their job every-time but then I go to the other currency exchange and everything is fine.
