Scott helped me with a nearly impossible situation where my brother in Chicago was hit while riding his bike, by an uninsured driver. His injuries were severe, but the chances of a settlement were slim, according to other firms. We did everything long-distance since I live in another state, which was difficult at times, but with the knowledge of this firm, and sheer persistence, with Scott & staff personally visiting my brother in the nursing home, Scott was able to get a settlement so we could get the specialized care my brother needed to hopefully get his life back after a devastating accident that changed his life. We cannot thank Scott enough for fighting for my brother, when nobody else wanted to take on this so-called impossible task.
