Blake did a good job on my first case. However he held funds on the other two cases. By the time I received my funds checks were over 30 days old. As much money as he was taking from each client you would have thought he would have wanted us to have our money. Told us our case was going to trial and so we just waited for updates. Never got any. I sent him a message asking when our case was going to trial and he sent a check few days later which had been wrote 36 days prior. On 3000 dollar settlement we got 893 dollars wow. And he did that with over 350 clients. What happened to one third. Will definitely have someone look into this.

Blake Thomas is an amazing consumer fraud attorney. He helped me and my fiancé when a prepaid debit card company withheld out funds for no reason . I did take a while to reach a settlement but Blake kept us updated every step of the way . I definitely would 10/10 recommend him .

Horrible! I hired him to help me sue a prepaid credit card company. We lost the case he tacked on Legal fees and for someone who sees cases like this all the time and “wins” we still lost and are $1,000’s of dollars in the hole. TERRIBKE EXPERIENCE, find LITERALLY anyone else

I'd just like to say that I had a problem with American express serve debit card someone made a purchase on my card for $630.34 and they did not want to refund me my money I filled out about 12 fraud papers with them I was trying for them to refund me back my money since October but I had no luck God is good I found Blake Thomas on line and less then a month he was able to retrieve my money back for me plus $300.00 extra I just want to say thank you to Blake Thomas i would recommend him a billion and one percent
