Should’ve known from the last review. Didn’t answer my calls or text . I’ll be calling the state to report your credentials to be a public notary. And I’ll be calling the bank to dispute the transaction. Should’ve recorded the phone call we had when you said it would take 2 Weeks to get my apostille from Florida. People like you make me sick. You and everyone else can go to hell in this liberal state. What a joke. Have you no decency.

Had a very negative experience with this notary. Do not recommend.

We NEVER received all of our documents back. It has been over a month. I have reason to believe this business owner was screening our calls as I called from an unknown number and finally got through. When I asked for an update he became very defensive and I realized he had never sent our birth certificates out. He was driving one up to LA that day after having it for well over a week. He also gave us incorrect tracking numbers.

We had paid for expedited services. I requested a refund, but he would not honor that request and had no interest in remediating the situation.

Not only is this business owner not reliable, he is rude and does not care about your documents. Do not trust this business/notary.

EDIT: I called multiple times over a period of days to collect my documents after being ghosted by you. Decided to call from a different number and you answer the first ring. You can continue to be defensive but others deserve to know what they’re getting into. When you’re applying for a visa, every deadline matters and you made promises you did not keep. We paid for it financially as my husband had to book a last minute flight out of state to get an apostle himself which he was able to do within 24 hours and a few grand later.

This was my first time using a mobile notary service, and it has been a very unpleasant experience. On October 17th, I started the paperwork for an apostille which I was told would arrive within 5-7 business days. It was crucial that I receive the apostille in that timeframe because I had a hard deadline to meet, which I mentioned to the notary. When it had not arrived by day 7, I politely reached out via text, but got no response. I called the next day and was told it would arrive in the next day or two. It has now been 9 business days, the apostille has still not arrived, I missed my deadline, and I wasted $150 on a service that did not deliver at all. Extremely dissatisfied and absolutely would not recommend.

I have never before needed to contact a notary public that was open around the clock. But it wasn't until around ten o'clock yesterday night that I realized I needed one, and if I had shown up for my appointment at eight o'clock this morning without having my contract signed, well, let's just say that things would have gone very poorly indeed. Immediately responded to my text message, and within the next quarter of an hour, I was able to see her in order to get my documents notarized. She was there waiting for me when I arrived, and she was wearing her mask at the time. Simply said, she was very polite and professional, and she has a wonderful personality. Moving ahead, if I ever have anything that needs to be notarized, I will be sure to contact them again.
