I heard of Peter Berg through friends of mine and I could not be happier with the quality compassionate care that he and the others at the firm extended to me. I was in a construction accident in January of 2014 and was diagnosed as a paraplegic. I needed their help to sort out my extensive medical bills and my life in general. Peter went way above and beyond what anyone would have expected him to do to get me a fantastic settlement and a better quality of life, which to Berg and Berg is better than any kind of money. I would highly recommend this firm and I am extremely grateful to them for the life I now have today.

We are a small company with a problem with a big, well funded company who provided a much needed service. We have a contract with them, but they were billing us for many extra services and fees not in the contract. After many unsuccessful calls and conversations with them, I called "Berg and Berg to help. In an amazingly short time, we received a check for several thousand dollars for over charges. WE did not have to sue or go to court, and our problem was resolved, thanks to Berg and Berg. They were so helpful and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone for problems with business or personal services which they have also done for us.

We are a small contracting company. We signed a contract with a large, well funded company for professional services.
We were charged monthly with exorbitant fees and extra charges, not agreed upon. I called Berg & Berg for help after unsuccessfully trying to resolve the issue with the service comp[any. To my surprise, in a relatively short time, we received a check for several thousand dollars for the over-charges. Bergs werer kind, efficient and timely. I would recommend them to anyone for help in running a business. WE have had excellent help also in personal issues.
