Went in for my sticker today and instead of finishing the process the older woman went to lunch and passed me off on someone else. Not only that but all the woman went to lunch at the same time leaving one gentlemen alone. As I turned around to leave I noticed the whole lobby full. That poor man had his hands full jumping from the sticker area to regular area all by himself. I thing that everyone but one person taking lunch knowing it was jammed pack was uncalled for. They should have went one at a time. Then I got the rude comment " maybe you shouldn't come to the dmv during our lunch hour".

The women (I think her name is Tammy) that does the stickers is wonderful and makes going into the DMV a pleasent experience. I've gotten my registration sticker through her the past few years and she's always very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I had lost my registration papers and the renewal paper and she worked with me to get my sticker and was super friendly and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience, which I had anxiety about as I don't like to inconvenience people. So thank you for always being super sweet. You're an asset to your place of employment.

The facility was at full capacity but there was a relatively short wait outside. They were pretty quick to get the customers out in short order. They were very helpful and polite. I was pleasantly surprised as this was my first time there. Keep up the great work!!!

Lady helping me was very nice, pleasant, and attractive. Waited for an hour and a half to get service though and the wait times were increasing at an alarming rate for those who showed up after. Rating was 4 stars due to the issue of wait times being out of their hands. Can't rate 5 stars though due to this being a government facility that isn't receiving the appropriate staffing to handle the influx of "customers". Citizens that are being forced to spend hours just waiting to hand their money over to the government who would otherwise penalize them. Not sure how single parents would handle this with current COVID restrictions. This place clearly needs more funding, but they were running efficiently with what they had while remaining pleasant throughout the process.

I came into this location for the first time, with an overwhelming attitude being a caretaker for my mother, I didn't have the proper identification for her, had to leave and go to the dmv to get that and then return,it was my own fault and on my return trip, everyone was so accommodating knowing my situation, I apologized and these folks took such good care of my mother and I, thank you so.much for understanding and being so hospitable.
Being a caretaker for. a Dementia patient is hell along with handing all legal matters is overwhelming so thank you all again for being patient with me.
