I don't recommend them at all, they never call, one has to be calling to know how the case is going, in the end they sign to receive an amount $ and they then ask for discounts already signed to stay with more money and give less to the customer (my case was for car accident) thank goodness I found out before about the discounts they made to them because if not I stay with less money and they with more! NOT RECOMMENDED.

I hadn't been in an accident in decades. It was unexpected, of course, scary, wondering how will I handle all this. Someone handed me a business card that lead me to Benson & Benson and I'm so grateful. Brett actually met me at my doctors office....very convenient. Marisela replied to my many emails and calls very quickly. The entire office staff are very pleasant and easy to talk to. My case was just settled, I am pleased and I highly recommend this office if you need an accident lawyer. Thanks everyone!!!
