To say that Gary Bement has gone above and beyond for my daughter's divorce proceedings, would be an understatement. Very pleased with all he has done for her.

I hired Gary Bement for a family case and he has not contacted me once and refuses to call me back after I have paid him! I couldn't find his absolutely unadvertised office that was moved from a blaten location to apparently inside his daughters hair salon that is not advertised, nor is it mentioned on any signs out front or anywhere. Plus it's clearly not a law office where he said his office was moved. Smh ...Now after he wasted like a month not contacting me he says he can't be my lawyer that he won't have enough time to review the case. This is extremely unprofessional and really unheard of to treat people with this amount of disregard and unethical standards. I absolutely would NOT hire him to cut my hair or defend me! What a serious headache!

I hired Gary we paid him and he showed up to one court case said he would email me the info on what to do next and refuses to answer my calls and now I have no idea where my visitation is with me son do not pay this man a penny

I would not recommend Mr Stubblefield. He messed up, failed to follow up, failed to show up and really messed up an easy estate case. The probate process was messed up since he never posted anything in the paper. I found this out 2 years after when I got a letter from the court. He asked for $600 more dollars to do what he was supposed to do to begin with. He just failed to contact me back after that with the exception of one call. Just a lack of organization and caring to handle this case. The bad thing is he was a recommendation by family. He did however get the initial estate going and the executor letter real quick. After that it was down hill. I’ll be calling once again to see if I can get any answer.
