I wish I would’ve read the reviews before going to this place. I asked to get a money order for the amount over $1000 and the lady laughed and just shook her head “No” i told her I have done it before and with an attitude she said “not here” which I responded that it actually was not there it was at a different location and she said it must be a different owner because they don’t do that there. She asked what location I told her and she said it’s a different owner. Then I asked if I can do 2 different money orders for lower amount and she said no. Very unprofessional. I don’t understand if people don’t like the “career” they chose why not go somewhere else where they actually like to work and give people a nice attitude.

Mane if i could give yall 0 STARS i would. Yall some petty folks and yall need yall place shut tf down. On here it says yall open 24 hours 7 days a week i spend my money on lyft just to get some quarters to do my laundry the lady saw me and ignore me i didnt know yall close due to the fact yall say yall open 24/7. She opened the door to let out the customers even turn the lights off before she walk to the door and i beg her twice and she gave an attitude and walk away. This is like the 4th time i had issues with u over the past few years and i dont even come here that often. First it was when i came to cash a check, the other two times due to yall attitudes and last time i was ignore she made eye contact with me. I hope nobody does business with yall anymore

Every single time I come here my services are never completed. The staff is rude & have a terrible attitude towards me. The Hispanic couple before me got a totally different person. This is so wrong on so many levels. I would like to make a formal complaint. I feel like they are prejudice.

I went there on Saturday at 15 minutes to 8:00 pm … the lady behind the counter said “we close at 8pm on weekends … and now I gotta open safe to get more money out to cash your check” … I’m looking at her like, ok and you’re telling me this for what reason … I mean I’m in the door a WHOLE 15 min before time… I told her “ you probably need to take that 24 hour sign down THATS FLASHING OUTSIDE”… very unprofessional… if you don’t like your job lady …. Get another.

My friend went to a different currency to try and cash a money order. They tried calling to get it verified but this currency NEVER answered the phone so he decided to come here and cash it. When he handed them the money order right away they said NO because it wasn’t signed in front of them. He told them to call the original currency to confirm he signed it there and the teller said no that’s not my job and denied to cash it. That’s one of THEIR money orders and they should of cashed it there!!! He had to go back to the other currency so they can call and verify it. It was such a big inconvenience for him to go back and fourth when it’s their money order!! The teller Ana is the worst. She says she’s a manager but she isn’t. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. Also their attitude is horrible. They need to hire better tellers!!!

Will not return, ever. After doing business here for many years, I wont be returning due to the very rude employee, who claimed her name is Carmen. When I stated I would be contacting the supervisor, she replied that her supervisor wouldn't care. I will inform other locals of my experience so they wont be disrespected as well. Im looking forward to speaking with who ever hired this miserable employee.
