I would highly recommend Baxter Legal Services. Anthony and his team are amazing! I went in regarding my small business which was new to me, I didn’t know much and had a lot of questions. Anthony was on the ball both with informed negotiation and with his responses to abrupt time-sensitive actions. He saved me more than three times his fee. I'm very happy I hired him instead of a realtor; far more knowledgeable & lower cost! Consider that in light of recent changes in state law where realtor fees are now supposed to be up-front, no conflict of interest and negotiable.
