I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Batesville Printing! Mark and his team consistently go above and beyond to assist with large print jobs and last-minute requests. I went in and asked them to make four additional copies and laminate what I had brought up there. That would have been laminating 24 copies total. When I picked up my order they had not made the four copies but instead made 32 smaller copies and laminated everything, including the docs that were larger than 11×17. When I asked them what was going on they said they don't make copies that size. Why wasn't I told that when I dropped it off? Then I went and got the big copies made at another print shop and came back to get them laminated and she lied and said that they only laminate 11x17 or smaller. I know that's a lie because she had just laminated my bigger copies and the 32 smaller ones , for which I never asked, earlier that day. I would rather drive to Little Rock and deal with Office Depot then to deal with these small town mom and pop shops with no sense of customer satisfaction or service.
