I love this library! They also have a cute coffee shop called Flyleaf right when you walk in. The library has a nice fireplace in the back and they also offer multiple meeting rooms you can use. They also have cool classes and community events!

This has to be the best library I have been to. Folks are friendly, staff very helpful. Several happenings going on all the time. Lots of nooks to enjoy reading a book or whatever. Needless to say its a good place for a good read.

I have 3 young children so go here frequently. Always very clean, a lot of books to choose from in addition to a small play area for the kids. There's a fish tank @ the entrance that is always a high light. Staff is very knowledgeable & friendly.

Who would have thought you could play video games for free! The Batavia library has an amazing and expansive selection of top-tier games. All you need is a library card!
I used to get the Xbox game pass, but Carly informed me about their game selection and how they can get games for me, even new releases!

I was raised in Batavia and my parents still live here. We came home for a family visit and I wanted to take my small children to storytime at the library. Unfortunately, you have to sign up for a four week story time program and that wouldn’t work for us only visiting for a week. I called to drop in for the day and still they wouldn’t let us. Being a military family, we have visited and enjoyed lots of libraries. This is the first one that I’ve been to operate this way. I understand having a capacity and a waiting list for programs. I just wish there was a little give- especially when there is clearly room for us to sit and listen when others didn’t show up for the four week program.

This library has the best selection of books I have ever seen.

I loved coming here, and I love the aesthetic of the place. The only thing that I would really change about the place was the staff. It seemed like there were a few staff members that were not friendly, but I didn't mind since I wasn't at the library to socialize.

If anyone is looking for movies, they have a vast collection if there Library as well. Some of the DVDs seem to have been scratched, but that has to do more with the users of the library as opposed to the library itself.

Batavia has one of the best library's! A periodicals room (My favorite) an art gallery, you can find any book, two meeting rooms, a great youth department!
Also LOT'S of fun programs go on! The staff is very nice and can help you with anything.
It has a great coffee shop( get one of the Italian soda's). The beautiful campus includes tables and chairs in the front and a reading garden in the back!
The computers work great as well, and the library with all it's tables, nooks, and outlets, is a great place to get work done.
