Rude, know it all. I had virtual mail thru anytime mail, which they are a vender of this program. I went to pick up mail which they (Batavia Parcel) had notified me was ready, I chose the option to pick up, then said they didn’t get the paperwork to add my grandson, I said of course you did, how other wise did I know it was here? They refused to give me the mail, and told me to get out. Then they must have done something because I could no longer get into my account to stop my mail from going there. I have filed a complaint with Anytime Mail. I have been in a few times, half the time they didn’t know where my package was. Everything else they throw in to file folders, but had to search for packages. Always a confused look on their faces. If you want to be a vendor , least know how it operates.

Shawn is unresponsive and not fulfilling orders. I've been waiting since October 2022 for a $350 order. Various signs and business cards. Very unreliable and not sure what his plan is. There are other people waiting for delivery. Have been very patient and refrained from leaving a 1-star review, but I have not heard from Shawn in months and am becoming impatient.

Would like to receive product, but if the shop is overwhelmed with work, then a refund is also acceptable.

Shawn and his team are always so friendly and helpful. This is the service you just can't get anymore at most places. I can't recommend them enough. I do all of my shipping, printing, packaging, truck rentals, etc here.

Reserved a Uhual truck from this location for a 9am pickup arrived early because business hours showed them to be open by 8am and found a new employee with no keys saying the manager was running late. Eventually the new employee was told to go to ACE hardware to ask for a spare key. At this point it was already after 9am. The new employee seemed justifiably overwhelmed by the situation and when we finally got in tried helping with my rental. When the manager, Sean finally arrived he seemed more concerned with looking for his keys then helping with my already late rental. He never apologized and instead stated 'stuff happens.' The truck was behind the building so I had to walk around, nobody explained how to identify which truck was mine either. Then I followed the instructions from the text I received to check the trailer for the equipment I rented and nothing was there. I walked all the way back around, asked for the equipment, and still no apology or anything from the manager for making my reservation over 30 minutes late. Truly, a horrible experience.

Always friendly.

was there barely a few weeks ago, and was surprised to see they expanded. the new expansion looks great. Makes the place look more professional.

I don't ever have printing needs but if I did. I would certainly stop at Batavia parcel first. There friendly customer service with shipping band handling alone, warrants them getting first crack at any printing needs.

As I prefer small and local over bigBox/chains. I would encourage other to stop by to see for yourself... the excellent service they treat customers with

Had a UPS package sent here, tracking said it arrived, went to pick up. Person at the counter couldn't find it. I asked if this was the UPS store on Wilson, counter guys said "that's us". After looking up the tracking he confirmed that someone that worked there signed for it. The person that signed came out of the back with my package and start demanding five dollars. I was very confused and said "no, I'd just like my property". Guy starts getting all loud asking if I was "some sort of freak" and "do I think rent is free?" There was more to the tirade, I paid the extra five dollars and left. Weirdest package pick up I've ever experienced.

I’ve gone in twice in recent months, and NOBODY was there. Of course, I waited at least 5-10 mins in case the person was in the bathroom. While standing there, I could’ve taken anything I wanted. When this place was called Services, it was run so well. Now, I’ve lost trust. (And I just read the response from the owner. 1.) Maybe the wait felt longer - waiting always does. But three minutes is unlikely. 2)Regardless, if you want to run a good business, then it has to be adequately staffed. If you can't justify that, then you should instruct your staff to leave a "Be Right Back" note. Like I said, this happened twice in recent months, and you should know that it comes off as being unprofessional.
