Overwhelming positive experience. The librarian was so kind to my kids. Lots for children to do here, including books, puzzles, LEGO, coloring, crafts, etc. I highly recommend you drop by, especially if passing through and need a great stop on a road trip. Across the street is a playground and Army tank.

I went today to read microfilm . The library was open until 6 . When I arrived I asked about using the microfilm machine and the ladies working did attempt to help but continued to say the machine was slow. It took over 25 min for my husband and I go get the machine to work . The lady continued to say it was really slow and didn’t know if she could help . Finally my husband rebooted the computer and got it to work . This is the real disservice . There are hundreds of scanned rolls of older papers that are only avail at this library. I’ve asked if these could be loaned to my library 15 miles away with a functional microfilm machine. It’s a complete waste of historical archives to keep them in a library with a computer that does not load and or function properly. This does not reflect at all on the treatment I received from the workers at the library. It’s simply to say all of the information is available but inaccessible.
