Lissett is very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient; she answered all my questions promptly and completely. The other staff members Alexandra, Kelsy, Ramon, etc., are also very nice, personable, helpful and great. The other lawyers (i.e., Ratha Kea and Bill Windham) who went to court to help me are also wonderful and awesome. They made me feel at ease, and I knew I was in good hands when they worked their wonders in court.

They do a great job. Like any other lawyer or law firm you go to they are busy however they always get the job done and are very personable. I was extremely pleased with Barry O'Connor's service and his staff, especially Tina. I had never been involved in a legal proceeding such as this so I was pretty lost and clueless but Tina was very kind and understanding and explained everything to me in detail. I must have called her a million times with questions before I actually signed a contract with them and she was always very patient and walked me through the whole process. Very prompt in answering and returning phone calls. Tina was a HUGE COMFORT and absolutely amazing. She made what was a very intimidating process a walk in the park. They handled everything and relieved all my worries. The office, which looked and felt more like a house, was warm and welcoming. In addition to being professional, Tina and the other staff were very friendly and down-to-earth which was a nice surprise. Barry O'Connor himself was straight to the point, "just the facts, mam" kind of guy who was very professional and got the job done. I hope he realizes what a value Tina and the other staff are. I highly recommend.

Barry is an Amazing attorney. He is very knowledgeable, kind and tough. He understands the law and can make the Eviction case for the landlord smooth.
