I worked with Barbara on My Sons Conservatorship last year. She was nothing buy a pleasure to work with and quite helpful. I had a number of follow up questions while working through the process and she was always available to assist. Working with the courts can be a cumbersome process. Barbara really helped get me off to a great start.

I would put a zero, but it's not an option. I hired this lady last year to help me do my daughters conservatorship paperwork and she was a nightmare to work with after she received payment of course, because before that she was nice. First she sent to me to the wrong courthouse, after i had noticed that there was a court listed as an option that was closer to me along with a few other questions about some simple errors she made regarding our information. When i asked her she yelled at me like i was a little kid. But then when i pointed out that the court rejected my filing as it was the wrong court jurisdiction, she swore up and down that it was up to me to know what jurisdiction my case fell under and that she had asked me in her questionnaire (which she did not) and basically blamed it on me. By this time I had had enough of her. Who gets mad when you point out gross mistakes regarding incorrect input of information, when they're asking you to double check their work? Then as you check her work, she expects you to keep track of which forms were correct and which were not. In my experience with working with paralegals and attorneys, one is supposed to go over a draft with the client first. Than deliver a final and correct copy of the paperwork when it's ready to be filled. This lady won't disclose that to you, but she sure will get angry with you when you notice and make it seem like your supposed to read her mind, and then treat you like your unintelligent for not catching on.

Don't waste your time or your money. The paperwork is actually really easy to complete yourself, which is what ended up happening $800 later!

Sorry to be so harsh, but this was my honest to god experience with this business!!!!
